The Silverlake Remodel included adding a custom fireplace to the family room that included custom floating shelving and mantle, tile and brick work, and shiplap. The mantle and each of the floating shelves has a hidden outlet that is controlled with a switch that allows for lamps or holiday lighting.

We also did a refresh of the 1,850 square foot main level of the home that included removing the existing tile flooring, new LVP flooring, countertops in the bathrooms, cabinet accent lighting in the kitchen, new vanity and finishes in the Powder Room, and repainted the entire main level (ceiling, walls, doors and trim).
